Hey beauties,
I have my first ever Shop My Stash look here! I’ve been eyeing the Perles Et Eclats de Chanel collection for a while now, but the prices are too steep for my wallet (also saving for Les Beiges collection this year) so I decided to dig into my collection and see if I could create a similar look with what I already have (aka Shop My Stash!)

I don’t think these are dupes for the collection, but I think you can recreate a pretty similar look.
For my base I used the following:

For a sheer base, I used Chanel Tinted Moisturizer in Medium Plus, and used a bit of Shiseido concealer in 303 just under my eyes. To set everything, I applied Chanel Sheer Powder in no 30. I know this look doesn’t have a bronzer, but I need a bit of depth to my face, so I applied my beloved Sunset Illuminating Powder from Chanel (LE last year)
Probably the only drugstore product I have in my personal collection: NYX Micro Brow Pencil in Espresso was used next to fill my brows. For mascara I’m still using Charlotte Tilbury Pillow Talk Mascara (review coming soon)

Next we have the key products:

For eyes I used Charlotte Tilbury’s Pillow Talk eyeliner. This one dries super fast, so I applied it closer to the lash line and quickly smudged it upwards not exceeding the crease. I added a couple of layers to get more opacity.
I wanted to change the lips a little bit for this look. The campaign image had a nude lip look, but the collection has a few vibrant colours, so I thought of matching the lips to the eyes here. I first used Bobbi Brown lipliner in Pink Mauve all over the lips (lined and filled in) and then applied a very sheer layer of Chanel Rouge Coco Flash in Dominant. The light pink liner under the deep Dominant shade gives a softer appearance to the lips that’s perfect for spring time.

The highlight of the collection was the highlighting powder, which they call an Illuminating Blush Powder. I watched many videos on YouTube that reviewed it on medium/tan skin, and it looked more like a highlighter on such skin tones. I decided to use a highlighter that had a nice champagne shift, so I picked the Bobbi Brown Bronze Glow highlighter. It paired beautifully with Sunset Bronzer.
What do you beauties think of this look? Let me know in your thoughts.
See you soon
Xx
