Today, let’s talk about the Pillow Talk Diamonds lipstick, because I think this was launched a little earlier than the mascara. I got it a few weeks ago, but I love it so much!

At first, I was disappointed when I applied it alone on bare lips. It was like I applied a layer of gold glitter on my lips with no colour payoff. Then, I applied it over the Pillow Talk lipstick (original shade) then it instantly added life to my lips without making it look like a disco ball.

You know that Pillow Talk original and Pillow Talk Medium lipsticks are in the Matte Revolution formula, so they give nice and comfortable matte finish to your lips. But I’m a little over matte lipsticks, so Pillow Talk Diamonds is a perfect topper for those two. It also made my lips look slightly warmer due to the gold micro glitter, but over a lipstick the glitter is not noticeable at all. It just adds a lot of dimension.

What are your thoughts on Pillow Talk lipsticks in general? I’ve actually finished another Pillow Talk Original lipstick so I opened my back up today. I like it, and I like it more the the Diamonds on top.
