Hey all,
It’s time to update you on this month’s project pan. I’ve been rotating skincare and makeup products since the beginning of this year so that I won’t get fed up and give up on this amazing project I started last year. So since I didn’t update you all on my April project pan, let me start with that…
So the above pic was my April list of products to try and finish off. I’m so happy to say that I completely finished the MAC Studio Waterweight Foundation! I managed to use a LOT of the MAC Mineralize Skinfinish Natural Powder too, but dayymmmn it’s so hard to pan that one. I’m gonna throw a party the day I finish that bad boy!
The rest of the list remains a little slow to pan, but for my May list I included the MAC powder with the MAC Studio Fix Concealer.
May project pan list
The makeup list for May 2019 is a little longer than April’s, and there’re some extra products that I managed to pan more/completely finish during the month of May.
From the list:
I finished the Clinique Easy Liner Pen this month. It was easy. I love this Liner because it’s super easy to use and I’ve been using it every single day since February.
The Golden Rose Lash Plumping Mascara too is finishing. I have to scoop the product a couple of times before applying now. It’s one of my favorite mascaras from the drugstore, and I’m glad I bought a back up with me.
My Charlotte Tilbury Airbrush Flawless Finish Powder is also finishing quite fast since I use it every day too. I’m definitely repurchasing it once I completely pan it. I’m obsessed with this powder!
On my Anastasia Sunset Eyeshadow Quad you can see noticeable dents on Birkin and Streak. I’ll continue to use this quad in the next month too.
I’m also loving the Anastasia Lip Gloss “Pink Daiquiri” and I’m hoping to extend its use in June too. You can see there’s about 5mm of product I’ve finished during this month.
Apart from these, the progress on the rest of the products are quite slow. But here are two skincare products I completely finished this month:
The Body Shop Aloe Foaming Cleanser
I had been using this non-stop daily for about 4 months and it’s my favorite foaming face wash to date. I believe this product is a hot seller because it was sold out at the local The Body Shop boutique twice, so I ended up buying a different face wash to replace this.
Highly recommend this if you have sensitive skin, redness or you get easily irritated by products (aka sensitive again) the scent is very soothing too.
Neutrogena Micellar Water
While everyone rave about the Garner Micellar Water, I tried the Neutrogena one and it’s equally good. No scents and very gentle. Removes all types of makeup very easily. This 400ml bottle lasted me 4 months with daily use. To replace this, I purchased the Soap N Glory Total Drama Clean for the month of June and onwards.
If you too are on the panning game, let me know your progress!
Happy Sunday!
