A couple of days ago I received my Anastasia Beverly Hills PR box from their Sunset Collection! I’m so excited!

First of all, look at the gorgeous packaging!

The PR kit includes:

• Sunset eyeshadow quad
• Lip gloss- Blue Hawai
• Lip gloss- Pink Daiquiri
• A pair of Purple Heart shaped sunglasses

For this year’s spring, ABH released two collection including this and another collection “Daytime collection” I’m glad I got to pick the cool toned one for a change, because I have enough warm toned makeup in my collection.

As you all know I’m an eyeshadow junkie, the palette is my favorite out of everything! The pans can be taken out and replaced later (once I hit pan) with new eyeshadow, so I LOVE that it is versatile like that! The packaging is limited edition, so that’s a bonus with this palette!

The eyeshadow quad:

I love ABH eyeshadows. They’re always easy to work with and no matter how many eyeshadow palettes I own, for some reason I always gravitate towards ABH palettes. The two matte shades “Birkin” and “Horizon” have a little bit of kickback, but they blend beautifully and effortlessly. I use MAC 217 brush to apply Birkin on the crease as a transition colour, and Horizon on the outer corners to smoke it out with a Morphe M506 brush.

The shade “Streak” is the perfect antique gold shade to apply all over the lid for an everyday look. The other shade “Blue flash” is yet another unique blue that isn’t over the top for a nice inner corner highlight or as an all over lid colour. Both shades are well pigmented and work well with brushes or fingertips.

The lip glosses

This is the first time I’m using ABH lip glosses, and I’m very impressed. These two are very glittery, but they’re still quite comfortable on the lips and stayed over a liquid lipstick for about 4 hours. My fav is Pink Daiquiri for everyday over Kat Von D Everlasting Liquid Lipstick in Bow & Arrow.

The Purple Heart shaped sunnies

These are just plastic sunglasses that’s just cool for an Instagram pic. They’re really cute and I like them, but you can’t purchase them individually.
