Charlotte Tilbury’s new Pillow Talk blush review

Charlotte released two exclusive and limited edition Pillow Talk products last month (September) and I could only buy the blush since the eyeshadow palette was already sold out within a few days.

“Pillow Talk” is a signature soft nude-pink shade she initially launched as a lip liner, and then added a lipstick because there was so much demand for that shade. It fits perfectly well on many skin tones ranging from very fair to medium/tan. I already have both of them and love them so much for everyday wear.

Pillow Talk blush comes in Charlotte’s signature luxurious maroon and rose gold packaging in a very slim compact (her Airbrush Flawless Finish is the reverse colours of the same compact) Similar to all of her blushes, this one comes in two tones (also known as the nipple blush haha) with the actually blush on the outer circle and a beautiful pink-tone highlighter in the center.

Price: £ 40.00

You can apply the outer shade on your cheeks and pop the central highlighting shade on the high points of your cheeks or wherever you want to highlight. You can also mix the two shades for a very beautiful glowing blush.

I was very impressed by how pigmented this blush is. I was honestly expecting a slight wash of colour when I first applied it, but I was pleasantly surprised by the amount of colour it gave my cheeks in just one tap (I use my MAC 168 brush for blush)

The shade is an exact match to Pillow Talk lipstick and lipliner, but I think I’d wear this blush every single day with or without the lipsticks. I’m sure this shade flatters a lot of skin tones, even deep dark ones since it’s very highly pigmented.

The blush is currently sold out, but let’s pray they would restock it soon. I really hope the Pillow Talk blush and eyeshadow palette will be added to the permanent line. It would be a shame if they’re limited edition…

Did you pick anything from her Pillow Talk Collection?

Let me know your thoughts

Beautiful. Is the color to pink? I tend to put too much blush on my cheeks sometimes, but when summer is around the corner I don’t put foundations or blush on my face because it melts in the sun and I don’t like the stickyness of the foundation and blush! Where can we go and by that blush? And I also have oily skin
