Hey all,

Time to give my feedback on Clarisonic MIA 2! I’ve been using this for a little more than 2 months now (by 31st Jan, 2018) so here we go!

22nd Nov, 2017- Bought my Clarisonic MIA 2 device with Radiance Brush head from local IG page: @cosmic_pop This is the priciest skincare product I own up to date, but after speaking to Rukshi from Butter Boutique (check our skincare video below) I felt like I NEEDED this in my life!

Used it for the first time today and I’m blown away by how much makeup residue there is after double cleansing my face prior to Clarisonic!

This item comes with a USB charger, Radiance Brush Head and a cleansing gel. I used the cleansing gel today. I don’t know if I like it but it was pretty effective. At least the brush head was!

30th Nov, 2017- About a week since first using the brush and I can already feel like my skin looks clearer now. I use it twice a day with the cleansing gel, but I’m planning to change the cleanser for a better one. I’ve got three breakouts (one in the chin near mouth and two on my right cheek near nose) but they say this is pretty normal for the first-time users.

I did some more research on this “Purging Period”, and came to know that there could be a few more reasons why you would be breaking out with the Clarisonic.

• Firstly, the brush is now digging up all that dirt thats hidden deep within your skin, so it’s natural for them to resurface and hence, give you a breakout.
• Secondly, you need to make sure there’s enough water and cleanser on your face and the brush so that it’s not dry so it will not create abrasion on your skin.
• Thirdly, make sure you clean the brush head after every use. We don’t want any bacteria build-up on this device.

As soon as I made sure my brush was clean and I use enough water and cleanser, I noticed I didn’t get any more breakouts.

20th Dec, 2017- Almost a month since I started Clarisonic, I can clearly see that my pores are getting tighter. I honestly don’t know how I survived without Clarisonic in the past! I’m loving it so much. This device is 100% waterproof so I use it in my shower now. I also changed the cleanser to L’Oreal Brightening foam cleanser and this works much better than the gel cleanser that came with the device.

31st Jan, 2018 – I’ve also added more skincare products to my routine, so it’s not just the Clarisonic that has done the magic, but it is quite effective. Without the Clarisonic, I don’t feel my face is clean enough so I think it’s definitely a must-have for everyone! I will post my updated skincare routine soon!
