Hi beauties,

Let’s go check what we can steal from SS18 runways into our makeup routines! These may seem a bit too basic but let’s be honest, nobody’s gonna wear bright eyeshadow from brow bone to cheeks like some brands had. So let’s see some simple looks we can hack into our everyday makeup looks…

First off, I love how fresh the skin looks on almost all runways. Whether it’s matte or dewy, it looks like skin; beautiful flawless skin!

MARC JACOBS

I love: The clean face, brushed brows and full-fledged catliner

Hack it: Use a sheer foundation or add a few drops of MAC Strobe cream to your regular foundation, use a clear brow gel and comb your hairs up and away from your eyes, get a jet black gel liner (I always prefer gel liners to liquid or pencils) and draw that wing to the moon!

I love: The clean face, glossy red pout

Hack it: Pick your favourite red lipstick (MAC Ruby Woo is a universally flattering red) and add a high-shine clear gloss on top (MAC Clear gloss)

ALBERTO ZAMBELLI

I love: Monochromatic pout & eyes

Hack it: Match your eyeshadow to your lipstick! The easiest would be Kat Von D lipstick & eyeshadow pair in the shade Lolita!

I love: Bright eyeliner

Hack it: Wing it with NYX Vivid Brights eyeliners that come in variety of shades

OSCAR DE LA RENTA

I love: The abstract white wing. I actually did this for my designer friend Lonali, whose sustainable fashion label is House Of Lonali for her new collection a few months back. I was thrilled to see it on Oscar de la Renta’s runway!

Hack it: NYX White liquid liner. I actually used the white shade from ABH lip palette only on the outer corners of the wing for House Of Lonali
