Happy Monday, y’all!
Today I’m reviewing 4 of the Kate Moss for Rimmel lipsticks I purchased collectively in the past few months. My first purchase was No 008 way back in last summer when I randomly picked it from a hyper market in Italy. This was my first Rimmel purchase just to give it a try.
I was instantly hooked with lipstick No 008, which is a deep dusty rose, and since Rimmel is not available here in Sri Lanka, I had to wait till my trip to Dubai to try more shades. So now I have the following shades:
- No 12 (bright vermillion)
- No 43 (brownish-nude)
- No 42 (pinkish-nude)
- No 08 (deep dusty-rose)
All these shades are satin finish, and they are very opaque. These lipsticks are scented, but it’s not too harsh like the Givenchy lipsticks I own. But I heard many people don’t like this particular scent, so make sure you try it out at Rimmel counters.
They have an impressive lasting power, and are quite hydrating.
Price: £5.49 each
These lipsticks are my absolute favourites as they are everything I expect from a lipstick. They’re not too waxy, they have excellent pigmentation, opacity and lasting power, and not to mention the affordability. I recommend you to try these out, specially if you love drugstore. Even if you love high-end, it’s still worth checking these out ’cause they might really change your mind about drugstore makeup 🙂
Once again, happy Monday!
