Gerard Cosmetics Star Powder in Brigitte

Hey beauties!

Today I finally got some free time to write about Gerard Cosmetics Star Powder I received in the colour “Brigitte” from DressYourFace masterclass in Dubai. (I initially got Marilyn, but because I already have it, I swapped it with my makeup bestie Nisha’s Brigitte shade)

I already love Marilyn and Lucy highlighters from GC, and you can read my full review here.

Brigitte is: A pale pink highlighter. Its formula is super buttery. Think about Anastasia satin finish eyeshadows. These have the same kind of hand feel. It glides beautifully on the skin and gives a gorgeous natural looking highlight.

Consistency: Is so smooth like I mentioned before. It’s not sparkly by any means, and it’s not shimmery as my Wet ‘n Wild highlighter either. It gives a smooth satin finish, which I love on everyday basis.

Wear time is: About 5-6 hours in hot, humid weather in Sri Lanka.

Here are a few swatches of pink hued highlighters for comparison:

I recommend this product: If you love pink-hued highlighters, and also if you have fair to medium skin tones. This shade may be a bit too light for dark skin, but you can go for Gerard Cosmetics Star Powder in Lucy if you have a deeper skin colour.

Have a bright and beautiful weekend!

Xx

  1. Oh wow, it looks so gorgeous! I am a huge fan of the ABH illuminators, and so many other highlighters are soooo sub par compared to ABH. Thanks for swatching them side by side, now I need to get my hands on this one:)
